Grievances related to STA IVs

I believe we are going to solve all the issues with the STA IVs before I have to send the grievances to third level. CMS is working the seniority figures for STA IVs statewide. We should have a current roster to bid shortly(hopefully next week). STA IVs should see their pay changed to reflect the negotiated rates on the check received May 29th. This will include the adjustment since July 1,2007. Additional pay earned before July 1, 2007 will be an automatically generated backwage claim. Unfortunately that fund is depleted and awaiting an infuse of funds. I am informed September looks like the earliest anyone will see any money filed through backwages.
