Uniforms

Bad news on the uniforms. As of Friday, May 2nd, Galls says they cannot meet the requirements of the contract. TDF is looking for another supplier to fill our order according to the requirements of the contract. I know everyone is seriously upset, but there is not much that can be done. Management has worked dilligently to get us our uniforms. State bureaucacy in contract bidding has slowed us down. Galls has slowed us down by trying to cheat us. TDF paid a higher price for US Union made uniforms and Galls thought they could give us garbage from overseas sweat shop factories and pocket the extra profit. They did not get their money and TDF is in the process of officially terminating the contract. Chief MacAdory is in contact with a supplier that might be able to get us what we need in a timely manner. I will keep you posted.
