We have won the right at step 4a of the grievance process to bid for jobs with better days off, even if they are on the same shift. The sergeants bid list will be reworked from December 07. The 25 STA I positions will be reposted next week, May 5-9. Anyone interested in a shot at bettering their days off should bid. You never know what the backfill might offer you.
